Синдром обратимой задней энцефалопатии представляет собой клинико-радиологическое состояние, характеризующееся развитием неврологических симптомов различной степени тяжести и обратимыми изменениями в затылочно-теменных отделах мозга. Несмотря на кажущуюся редкость, данное состояние встречается в клинической практике чаще, чем диагностируется, и может сопровождаться тяжелыми осложнениями.
Целью данного обзора является анализ современных данных о клинических проявлениях и диагностических подходах при синдроме обратимой задней энцефалопатии.
В работе акцент сделан на результатах последних исследований, описывающих новые особенности клинической картины, а также инновационные методы нейровизуализации и инструментальной диагностики, позволяющие повысить точность выявления синдрома на ранних этапах. Авторы приходят к выводу, что своевременное распознавание и корректная интерпретация клинико-радиологических признаков позволяют существенно улучшить исходы у пациентов и снизить частоту осложнений.
